Dr. Dania Pellerano knew she wanted to become a dentist from a very young age, and has been treating dental patients with care and compassion over the past 20 years. Her experience includes:
- She received her Doctor of Dentistry degree at the Universidad Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic, where she worked for two years as a general dentist.
- Dr. Pellerano graduated from New York University as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.
- In Albuquerque, she became part of the first group of residents at UNM to join the Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
Today, Dr. Pellerano runs her own practice and loves her profession, saying “It has given me the opportunity to combine beauty and health. I believe dentistry is the fusion of art and science.”

Hello my name is Rachel Maese, I am a 5th generation New Mexican. I have been working in the dental field since 1998. I graduated from Moriarty High School and trained as a Dental Assistant with Dr. Kuligowski, the first dentist I worked for. I love working with people of all ages and assisting Dr. Pellerano in a full range of dental procedures. The big reward is seeing our patients smile!
